The University of Nairobi shall hold its 10th Open day on 18th -19th February 2021. The Open day provides the University community with the opportunity to showcase and market its programmes.

The theme for this year's Open Day is SKILLS AND COMPETENCIES FOR THE EMERGING TRENDS.

The University has created an interactive mini- website https://openday.uonbi.ac.ke    to enable interaction with prospective students and stakeholders.

UNIVERSITY OF NAIROBI/UNIVERSITY OF HELSINKI IN FINLAND PHD AND MASTERS FELLOWSHIP 2021/2022 FOR AFRICANS

The Department of Geography and Environmental Studies, University of Nairobi is calling for applications for PhD and Masters fellowships under the Earth Observation and Environmental Sensing for Climate-smart Sustainable Agropastoral Ecosystem Transformation in East Africa (ESSA) Programme to be undertaken in partnership  with the Department of Geosciences and Geography, University of Helsinki in Finland. The programme will offer a PhD fellowship tenable  at University of Helsinki and a Masters fellowship at University of Nairobi.

Collection of certificates for December 20th 2019 Graduates

All Graduates of the 62nd Congregation for the conferment of degrees and award of diplomas held on December 20, 2019 are requested to collect their certificates from the University of Nairobi Central Examinations Centre, Chiromo Campus starting from Monday February 10, 2020 to Friday April 3, 2020 in the following order:

 

Commonwealth Scholarships for Masters and PhD - United Kingdom 2020

The Commonwealth Scholarships Commission (CSC) in the United Kingdom is offering thirty seven (37) full scholarships for postgraduate studies for Kenyan Students tenable in UK institutions of Higher Learning starting in October 2020. Eighteen (18) of the scholarships are for PhD while the remaining nineteen (19) are for Master Degrees.
